Prophetic Signs
Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you will all perseverance , in signs and wonders and mighty deeds. 2 Corinthians 12:12
Lesson four Prophetic Signs of the School of Prophetic Knowledge helps us understand why we need to see signs and wonders for today. It is a very important part of evangelism as well as endorsement of the message preached.
Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, said in John 4:48 Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will by no means believe. It is very important that a new convert experience a miraculous sign from God in order to give credentials to his or her life changing experience. This is truly what separates religion from the real deal. One who is called of God needs to see signs and wonders flowing after their message has been delivered. This gives the saved a clear understanding that God is with the messenger when the message has been endorsed by signs and wonders. This is the Holy Spirits way of confirming that the message is true. Jesus Christ is our example and wherever He preached healings and miracles were preformed. These signs where prophesied years before His coming that all would know that He is the Messiah the Son of the Living God. Jesus said in John 14:12 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
How can anyone say we do not need to see signs and wonders TODAY? We know that Jesus is with the Father; so why are we not seeing more signs? This months DVD covers a number of reasons why we are being hindered.
