Our World Is Changing

We have witnessed many changes in the past one hundred years. From the agricultural age to the industrial age thousands of families moved from the farm to the big cities. The industrial age ruled for long period of time until the digital age became king of the economy. Now we are moving headlong into the Global economic age. This is a totally new era and history has nothing to which we can compare this most recent shift.

If there was ever a time we need prophetic insight into what is ahead of us, it is now. Within the past few months we have begun to see some of the effects this Global economy is having on our personal expenses. It is evident that whatever is happening on Wall Street has very little to do with the common man’s pocketbook. Statistics show that less than 10% of our population control more than 85% of our nation’s total wealth. Price controls have become something of the past and the rule of supply and demand is no longer under our national control; it is now Global. We are rapidly venturing into uncharted waters without knowing how this new Global economy is going to affect our common wealth. Outsourcing of jobs and huge increases in foreign products makes one wonder where this is all headed. One thing is for sure, if you are looking for a good pay check you need a job in a specialized field or have a college diploma. Most recently we have seen that whatever the USA economy is doing affects the rest of the world market in a very big way. This is what God has said:

A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous. Proverbs 13:22
