What is the difference???
It is Important that you Understand that these Personal Apostolic Decrees are More than a Personal Prophecy; They are Formal Orders of Spiritual Law.
Our Father in Heaven has given His people three declarations with a promise for those who believe.
“I AM your Judge and I will remove those who harm you in any way.” With this new Anointing Oil, the Horn of Favor and the Handkerchief of Impartation and Deliverance you will be covered and protected from these offenses. The Horn of Favor shall be applied upon those who have been harmed, disrespected, falsely accused or slandered.
Father says;

Then I will take all your anxiety and fear into Myself and send you My word through the Prophet who will tell you what will happen to those who have come against you.”
“I AM your Great Physician protecting you from sickness and disease.” With this Anointing Oil, the Horn of Favor and the Handkerchief of Impartation and Healings you will be covered and protected from sickness and disease. When you have received a bad report from your doctor and begin to have sickness in your body.
Father says;
“Come to me in prayer report all that has been spoken over you. Tell Me what you are feeling in your body. Continue to pray that the prophet will receive My Word without hindrance. He will inform you how I will take care of you. Send for the prophet’s oil, handkerchief and your apostolic decree. I will instruct him what needs to be done for you to receive your cure.”
“I AM your Treasure ready to multiply what you have until it’s more than enough.” With this Anointing Oil, the Horn of Favor and the Handkerchief of Impartation and Deliverance you will be covered and protected from the lack of your vital needs or loss of job and wages.
Our Father says;
“If hard times have knocked upon your door forcing its way in to your life crushing your dreams and trying to take your life scream out to Me in prayer until you know your prayer has been heard. I will mount My Word upon the wings of My Angel sending him like a screaming eagle to the prophet. The prophet shall declare My Word on earth as it has been spoken in heaven. At that time dozens of angels shall be dispersedin search to find your needs through work and by other means for the Horn of Favor shall do its work.”

Just a line to thank you for sending my oil, Apostolic Decree and handkerchief. I pinned it to my chest and wore it for two weeks. It was a reminder about this visit to the Doctor about this next big operation, We talked and laughed about it, we were looking at the screen of his computer and he turned to me and said “I ‘m very doubtful you will ever have any problem with your hernia, its soft and unless it turns hard, its very unlikely you will have a problem with it” WOW ..I wanted to cry but just praised God..oh what a blessing God is so awesome.
I’m getting stronger, I walk with my walker, I got rid of my hospital bed, I’m back in my own bed. That’s a blessing (ever lay up on those mattress’ for 2 years ?) Yuck…
I don’t know what kind of prayers or impartation of anointing was on the handkerchief you sent, but as always it works. Thank you so much.

Thank you Kent for such a greatly encouraging word(Apostolic Decree)! Such pinpoint accuracy!!! The verse from John is such a word I have been clinging too. Your word helped to fill in gaps; I have been very clouded, and therefore felt I had gone astray from Holy Spirit!! Also, a couple of things that Holy Spirit personally trained me in, completely apart from any books, we’re looking as if they were wrong!!!! My heart began to fill with doubt as I grappled with what I had felt sure Holy Spirit had shown me, but then, a book showed that another thing was being implied, by a long passed Father of the Faith.
Your hearing is more finely tuned than ever. That word was the most reassuring word, at just the right time. Thank you I am so energized again.Thank you.

The funny thing is that just as you were running from your Apostolic Decree function for 17 years, I too was running from getting TOO close to a ministry I couldn’t see a physical building or attend in a local church service, one that was long distance. Because somehow I figured that if I didn’t disturb the Kingdom of Darkness too much, it wouldn’t disturb me too much! Out of all kinds of fear,I kept my distance, but I was sure “there” anyway, calling upon you, when things would go terribly wrong in my life! As you know, I’ve been a “family partner” for 20plus? years. However, Easter this year marks my One Year anniversary of finally just “giving up” and “giving in” to all the higher things of the Lord. The Lord sometimes has to allow us to be in a place of desperation! In my broken state, I attended the April 2015 PMT conference in Norfolk. There, in that hotel conference room, I literally watched the Shikinah Glory cloud of the Lord roll into the room as the Shofar horn was blown. I had never seen any of these things! I surely thought I would melt into the floor! The Presence of God was so powerful, warm, and healing.
The Peace of God that had been so absent in my life came in a powerful way. It has been different for me since then, as I already testified. God has continued to teach me and prune me. What I really want to say is that I wasn’t aware until recently as well that the ‘Prophetic Ministry School- (School of Prophetic Knowledge’) course was available TO ALL, not just to people who feel a specific calling to ministry. However, in my case, just as I guessed, with everything we decide to do spiritually, there is that opposition in the Spirit Realm. Sure enough, yesterday, when the PMT Prophetic course arrived in the mail, ALSO in the mail was an envelope containing a court summons to me from a young man who is bringing a Civil Suit against me for $25,000 as recompense for “suffering & lost wages” from a fender bender 2 years ago that the insurance companies ALREADY have determined was a frivolous and fraudulent claim on his part. See how very clever the enemy is to have these appear in the same day?! Pray for me that this will be a test of Faith that I will pass beautifully and not be intimidated by the Enemy’s tactics! Maybe I will even get to seek out this young man and be able to reason with him and minister to him. Stranger things have happened than this has been an adventure for me!
