Hear His Spirit

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you” (John 16:12-14 NKJV).

Impregnated with His Word

“If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples” (John 15:7-8 NKJV).

Keeping His Word

“It happened, as Jesus spoke these things, that a certain woman from the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts which nursed You!”

But Jesus said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” (Luke 11:27-28 NKJV)

The Gift of His Peace

Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My Words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you while being present with you”(John 14:23-25 NKJV).

Jesus’ Mother and Brothers Send for Him

“While Jesus was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him. Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You” But He answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” And He stretched out His Hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.” (Matthew 12:46-50 NKJV).

What is Most Important to G3D?

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My Word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live” (John 5:24-25 NKJV).

The Father Revealed & His Glory Defined

“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.”

Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. Our King’s Present-Day Revelation. 

“Do you still see Me in My greatest Day of Sorrow? Hanging on the Cross was just part of the cost I paid for your sins. If you still seek to find Me hanging on the Cross, I AM not there. I AM no longer the Lamb of G3D! I AM the King of Heaven and Earth. I AM the Lion of Judah crowned to lead you through this life and to the other side of the veil.” 

“To fulfill My Promise, I had to pay a greater price for your sins; those before, as well as after being Born-Again. In order to take back what was given away by Adam and Eve I had to retrieve the Keys to Heaven and Hell. Going into the Bowels of the Earth I took back the Keys of Hell as I Burned Preaching to those in Captivity.”

“”For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit, by whom also He went and Preached to the spirits in Prison, (1 Peter 3:18-19 NKJV).

We decree and declare to You, Master of All Things. Unshaken by what we see ahead of us we totally Trust You to guide us through this wilderness of desperation.

Lord G3D, in the Holy Scriptures you say we are to be the Head not the tail, the Lender not the borrower. However, we know not how to deal with such evil spirited rulers and lawless law makers. How can we trust their words or even their laws? We Declare and Decree You do care for Your People and You Will Show us how to get through these treacherous times.

 

• Decree & Declare. 

Your Crown of Thorns has long since been removed from Your Brow and replaced with a Crown of the Finest of Metals and Stones of the Highest Order. Lead us Jesus, we will follow Your Spirit wherever You desire to take us.

It is Written: 

“Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him” (James 1:12 NKJV).

 

Our King is Calling You to Wear His Anointed Mantle. We must Crucify any and all Worldly Thoughts by wearing a Crown of Thorns. Purge and sanctify our minds by removing all thoughts of the Worlds Ways. Leaving a Blank Slate in our Souls for Jesus to write upon. His Ways and Thoughts will dictate our actions for the remainder of our years. Our Honor will come as we are called to Serve Jesus as Hand of the King.

For those who chose to Follow Jesus will be blessed with an Anointed Mantle. Many will experience His Amazing Power and Various Impartations each time the Mantle covers their head while in Prayer. 

Take your Mantle, Strike the Ground where you Pray Each-Day and the voices of the world shall be silenced by the Voices that come from the Throne Room of G3D.

“After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this. Christianity is the most widely practiced religion in the world with recent figures suggesting it has 2.3 billion followers, around 31% of the global population.

The faith is focused on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, whom Christians believe to be the Son of God.

We look back at the early years of Christianity, when the religion was in its infancy and discover eight surprising facts that you might not know about.

The Jesus Movement

While Christianity can be classified as an organized religion in today’s world, it was far from organized in the beginning. In the years following the death of Jesus, his followers numbered no more than a hundred.

It didn’t begin as a religion either but rather as a movement, with the Romans classifying it as a sect. Its early followers were Jews based in Jerusalem who didn’t necessarily view themselves as Christians but rather as followers of a Jewish sect.

‘Christian’ is Coined

A group of followers settled in the ancient Greek city of Antioch some 10-15 years after the crucifixion of Jesus. It was here that the term ‘Christian’ was first coined. It wasn’t a name the followers of Jesus had given themselves but rather it was a term applied to them by the people of Antioch. Historians debate whether it was originally used as a derogatory term.

Paul Spread the Word

Of Jesus’ 12 disciples, Paul did the most to spread the word of Christ, making him one of the most influential people in early Christianity. Historians have even argued that the teachings of Jesus Christ might not have been so widespread had Paul not conducted his missionary work.

Initially, Paul was a persecutor of early Christians before converting and becoming a follower of Jesus. He travelled around the Roman Empire, spreading Jesus’ ideas via word and written text and establishing multiple churches across the Mediterranean and Africa.

The Promise of an Afterlife

Christianity’s earliest converts were men and women from all social classes. However, the Christian ideology of humility, compassion and the treatment of all people as equal found a receptive audience among the weak, poor and oppressed.

The promise of an afterlife also played a significant role in converting people to Christianity in its infancy. All who believed were promised a life after death, an immortal existence in heaven, which proved to be an appealing offer to many.

 

The Saviour Will Return

Our Lord said,

“And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes” (Matthew 10:22-23 NKJV).

Early Christians expected Jesus to return soon and would gather in small groups, often in houses, to sing, pray and commemorate their Saviour.

Jesus Said,

“Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away” (Matthew 24:34-35 NKJV).

Other followers shunned their previous earthly existence and dedicated themselves to a life of prayer and worship, often alone in faraway places like caves, waiting patiently for the imminent return of Jesus. These devout Christians took vows of celibacy and poverty becoming the first monks and nuns.

“Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen” (Revelation 1:7 NKJV).

The fate of the Apostles

They sat and dined with Jesus in Jerusalem before his crucifixion and after the Lord’s death, they set forth around the world to spread his message about the Kingdom of God. However, most of the 12 disciples suffered greatly for their faith and met grizzly ends.

Paul was beheaded in Rome whilst James’s son of Zebedee suffered the same fate in Jerusalem. Peter was crucified in Rome upside down, as he did not feel worthy enough to die in the same way Jesus did.

Philip, Andrew, and Simon the Zealot also died on the cross. Thomas was speared to death in India, Bartholomew was skinned alive before being beheaded and it is believed James’s son of Alphaeus was stoned before being clubbed to death.

Most accounts suggest Mathew was also martyred although the method by which he met his end varies and includes burning, stabbing, beheading, or stoning. Jude might also have died on the cross or by the sharp end of an axe but again accounts vary. Judas famously hung himself after betraying Jesus.

John is generally regarded as the only one to die of natural causes due to old age.

 

Did They Understand?

“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! (Matthew 24:15-19 NKJV)

Women Led the Way

According to scripture, Jesus had no gender bias, treating and looking upon men and women as equals. Within his inner circle were many women including Mary Magdalene. Women were the last disciples at the cross and the first to discover the empty tomb.

The integral role women played in the growth of early Christianity is often forgotten and overlooked. In the decades that followed the death of Jesus, women served as leaders of the house churches that were cropping up across the Roman Empire. Women also joined the apostles on their missionary journeys, not as their subordinates or marriage partners but as their colleagues.

Christians in the Catacombs

Unlike their pagan counterparts, early Christian Romans did not believe in burning their dead. They wished to bury them; however, it was illegal in ancient Rome to do so within the city limits. This led to the creation of miles of underground burial grounds outside the city walls, known as catacombs, from around the second century AD.

In the past, historians believed they were secret meeting places for Christians to gather to escape persecutions. However, it is now understood they were burial tunnels where the dead were wrapped in sheets and placed in alcoves along the subterranean tunnels. Christians weren’t the only ones buried in the catacombs, but Jews and Roman pagans were also laid to rest there.

The catacombs provide us with an important insight into art history, as they contain a great number of frescos and sculptures known to be the earliest examples of Christian art.

When the Roman Emperor Constantine recognized Christianity as the official religion of the Roman Empire in the early fourth century AD, persecutions against the Christians began to cease. As churches started cropping up, the dead began to be buried in their accompanying cemeteries and the use of the tunnels to lay the dead to rest in the catacombs came to an end in the fifth century AD.

*Nazareth may come from the Hebrew netzer, which means “branch” or “shoot.” Sometimes when a tree is chopped down, a shoot will grow from the Stump, allowing a new tree to spring up where the old one has died. That shoot is called, in Hebrew, a netzer. Why would the people who founded this village have called it “the branch“?

Get It Right and I Will Manifest for You!

Say it Again! 

When people who have been called by G3D to do His Will on Earth fail to follow through then we no longer can trust the natural means to see G3D’s will fulfilled. Now, we must move in a different direction, a more Spiritual direction. Obtaining the full measure of G3D’s Holy Arsenal.

We will learn the process for seeking Prophetic Proclamations and Apostolic Decrees. Pulling out the Big Guns to redirect our Nation with Apostolic Mandates. If we can move fast enough, we can overpower the evil spirits by bringing down all of heaven crushing the horns of the ungodly.

The Masters of Deceit have connected all the known resources, Fake News, Big Tech, Courts, Congress and now the Military to band against ‘We the People’ this must not stand!

Your Apostolic & Prophetic Mandate

Prelude:

The Principal Purpose of these weekly notifications is to activate your Appointed Angel(s) to serve God’s purpose on Earth as He has proclaimed from Heaven above.

As our Lord has instructed me, each week I will send out His Prophetic Proclamation, followed by His Apostolic Decree, which will become our Mandate for the Week. These weekly declarations are to be read aloud by everyone, and this Mandate to be Declare and Decreed on Earth as it has been declared in heaven. Each weekly declaration should be closed with saying: In the Mighty Name of our God; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit; and His name is Christ Jesus our Lord.
 

Prophetic Proclamation

Our Lord is saying: “This journey you are on will not end suddenly. I have a purpose for My Remnant, the Spiritually Gifted, to Rule over the issues in this land that come against My People.”

“My Remnant, Hear My Spirit: Your Quest will be a long and arduous journey, search the Holy Scriptures for Confirmation after you have received My Word. When you hear My Voice and/or see My Hand you will know that Faith has come to reveal My Purpose on Earth as it has been Declared from Heaven above.”

“When you have confirmed what you have heard or seen from up above, set yourself in position to Prophesy toward Heaven’s Gate, where Angel(s) penetrate the veil that separates Heaven and Earth,” says the Spirit, our Lord.

“Your Declarations and Decrees have all been heard and Angels are now in place to uncover the liars and thieves. Now make your Mandate your manifesto, place My Anointed Brush in the hands of My Angels, bid them to go and Anoint this Nation. Prophesy that the brushes in the Angel’s hands will be used to anoint each town Red;” says our Lord and Savior.

Mandate: Heirs in Search

This Mandate is the beginning of our Quest to better understand how we are to Seek Heaven for guidance. Knowing we must first have His Word of Faith before His Power will Manifest on Earth.

We can only act in Faith by first Hearing His Word; to Move by Faith, we must first see His Vision in order to know what to do and where. For Faith comes by Hearing His Word and Knowing His Will. Our Quest, is to receive all that Jesus has Promised Us, believing what He has said, “All that was Mine I now give to You,” says our Lord and Savior.

As our Lord gives us His Word and/or Vision, and we act on this His Faith by doing what we have seen and speaking that which we have heard, we will become His Power on Earth.

Prophetic Intercessors, lift up God’s Anointed Chief as he goes for a full court press to help open the Heavens for more of God’s Angels to assist in Painting the Towns Red.

Intercessors, call upon Heaven’s Angelic Host to cause the Liars to Choke on their own Lies and have the Thieves Trip over their own Traps of Deceit.

 

Apostolic Decree

We, the Prophetic Remnant of God, Declare and Decree that we are the Heirs of our Risen Lord and accept His Inheritance as provision of Truth and Power; in the name of our Father, the Son and Holy Spirit, all three being One God and His name is Jesus Christ.

Our Spiritual Declaration, as we Decree before Heaven and Earth that all God’s Angelic Host be loosed to go forth with the Anointed Brush of God Painting every Town Red for Victory as a symbol of their allegiance to God and His appointed Leader of this Nation.

The Angelic Host of God are His Spiritual Air Force. We accept and receive with honor and humility each one of these Appointed Angels of God. As part of our inheritance we know in Our Know-er these Celestial Beings are the Major part of God’s Active Power on Earth. Therefore, we Declare and Decree that each one of these Appointed Angels make their presences known to each member of this Prophetic Remnant. Heavenly Father, we seek more of You in all we do.

As Decreed in the Mandate we thank You in advance for the Miraculous and Majority Stroke of Red votes across this Nation. As a Sign to all who disbelieve let them see we are the Salt and Light of this World and without God’s People, they would not survive.

Your Apostolic & Prophetic Mandate

Our Lord is saying: “Those who keep silent are those whose sins shall be brought into the light revealing their evil trap.”

“My Remnant, look Deep into your Enemy’s Methods, what have they used in the past to fool you? When you see it, you will know the evil game they have staged. You will not be fooled if you look and listen to My Spirit.

When you know what to do; Prophesy aloud, calling upon your Appointed Angels to Harken unto My words. Prepare them with this Knowledge: “the Barrier between the Borders is not what your Enemies Seek; look deeper and you will see what they have Truly Planned to Reap,” says our Lord of Host.

“Go to your Angelic Portal. Ring Out your Declarations and Decrees and Plead the Blood of Jesus up and down the Border of the Nation. With your Mandate in place My Blood will Speak to the Soldiers in Armor,” says our Lord and Savior.

“I will make their Eyes Strong like an Eagle’s seeing Far and Wide. Your Appointed Angels Will Heighten their Senses; Keenly aware They Will See, What You Have Seen and your Enemies’ Plans will be Spoiled; says our Lord and King who Reigns from Heaven above.”
 

A Vision Dated: October 22, 2018

“My husband, Elmer, was working outside today and he received a Vision. He saw Guatemalan [migrants] and someone was making sure that pregnant women with babies were kept close to the front of the [caravan]. They [attempted] to get to the border wall, [when] a group of assassins (on the America side of the border) [started] shooting at the women and children. These shots were not coming from our troops firing on the [migrants].”

Mandate: Defend the Borders

The Remnant of God will Hold the Borders by Declaring and Pledging the Blood of Jesus be Sprinkled up and down the Line.

With their Spiritual Eyes, His Remnant will See, and with Spiritual Ears they will Hear what the Enemies of God have Planned.

Apostolic Decree

This Spiritual Remnant of God declares that on Earth which has been Prophetically Proclaimed for Heaven by our Father, the Son and Holy Spirit, all three being Only One God and His name is Jesus Christ.

We, the Remnant of God, totally Submit unto the Leading of Our God, Who is Spirit, Who Knows all Things and shares in part what we are to know for the Battle before is Not Ours but His.

At His Word, we deploy the Appointed Angelic Host to do His Word and fulfill the Declarations and Decrees as Mandated to His Remnant, His Spiritual Force on Earth.

By His Prophetic Proclamation we send out this Declaration Decreeing the Holy Cherubim take the Holy Sacrificed of our Lord Sprinkling His Blood on the Border of this Nation of God and Over His Sons of Thunder.

Let Not our Tongues be Stuck to the Roof of Our Mouths but speak each Line of the Holy Mandate Dictating to the Angelic Host of God what His Word Commands them To Do on Earth.

As it Has Been Declared in Heaven, allow His Word to cause the Heavens to Bow, Penetrating the Eternal Veil, quickly Delivering His Manifested Will on Earth.

For His Word has been Decreed and Now Stands Affirmed and Against All who try to Deceive His Anointed Warriors and their Chief.

Our Lord is saying; “I have heard your Cries and your Decrees. They have touched My Throne and moved Me to give you Power over those who are trying to enslave you.”

“You are My Chosen Remnant who has Mandated the Breakthrough which has changed the course of this Righteous Nation. Your words are My Words; therefore, the barrier between Heaven and Earth has now been broken wide open;” says our Lord of Host.”

“A new day has dawned; your Prophesies and Decrees have created a New Portal. My Angels can now easily flow through and speedily descend into your courts of Declarations and Decrees. My Angelic Host will gather and ascend quickly to Heaven’s Cornerstone laying your Mandates at My Feet. Witness how rapidly your Mandates Manifest on Earth knowing you, My Righteous Remnant, have been heard; says our Lord and King who Reigns from Heaven above.”

Vow to Mandate

Heaven Grants you Limitless Powers to move through the Maze of Abuse wielding Righteous Judgment upon those who Worship Darkness. Pronounce your sentence upon the corruption and those who abide within it. Level the course of action where the Weavers of Lies are found Tangled in their own Webs of Destruction.

Unleash the Grace and Favor of God. His All Mighty Mark of Righteous Allegiance shall fall upon the Faithful Dignitaries of this Godly Nation. All who carry this Mark from Heaven will receive a downpour of His Anointing from Heaven’s Cellar of New Wine.

Remnant of God, do not be lofty with this New-Found Power but be like unto Lambs who are in need of their Shepard for Guidance. Nor find Yourself Content by Doing Nothing nor sense your part has No Worthy Purpose. Abide in the Words found in the Prophetic Proclamation for it is your Shepherd’s Guide; however, without Pronouncing the Decrees and Holding Fast to the Mandate; if not it will all be lost in the twinkle of an eye.

It is Paramount that we Stay the Course using this New Gift from God for all that has been Intended. That His Purposes be Completed and our Godly Recognition as His Remnant not be Torn from Us.

This Week’s Holy Mandate

Soon the heavens will open and you’ll hear what our Lord has to share. When chaos breaks out you will have the words to speak. After the sinful sisters are silenced for a short time, Chaos and Calamity will come out screaming with a shocking display of raw unnerving attacks against God, Country and the Believers.

Whip these profiteers, chase them out into the common grounds and remove their names from their lofty seats. Reprobate Minds Working in Darkness

God has made the dividing line very clear for all to witness. Where the dark has become darker, so shall my light become Brighter!
 
Romans 1:28-32
 

“Even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a Reprobate Mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”

Telling these plans of betrayal and denial unwittingly exposing their evil works, with wagging tongues out of control will unmask the plans for all to know; says the Spirit of God.”

Your Apostolic Decree

 
Decree and declare in the name of our Father, His Son and Holy Spirit that we charge all the appointed angels to go into the dark places and twist the tongues of those who broadcast their evil. Turning their planned evil ideas into words that unknowing expose their secret plans of corruption.
 
You, Angels of God, illuminate that which needs to be known by our Lord’s appointed leaders in advance of the enemy’s evil deeds. Give knowledge in advance to those who desire to serve you, oh Lord, so they will know what to do in order to foul our enemies plans. Allow the anger of our enemies spew out for all to know bring ruin to all their camps.

Angels, What Are They For?

 

“Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels” (Hebrews 13:2).

 
Jesus is not only our Lord and Savior but also our mentor and teacher. He is also our King and our example. Through His disciples, Jesus has shown us the way to move into the realm of the supernatural. It took Jesus three and a half years to show his disciples how to be used as a vessel of the Holy Spirit, to walk in the supernatural with evidence of signs and wonders following after them.
 

“Then Jesus said to him, ‘Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will by no means believe’” (John 4:48).

 
He has shown us how to receive and embrace angelic encounters, which bring about miraculous interventions. Jesus did many different healings and miracles, but He did so in many different ways so that we would learn not to get stuck on religious formalities. When we say the same prayer and use the same method every time we minister, we begin to practice a religious formula, which negates what Jesus is teaching us to do.
 
Jesus had some very unconventional ways in which we healed. He spit in the dirt to make mud and then placed it on a blind man’s eyes and they were healed. It is also written that he would spit directly on those who needed healing. You do not see these same types of ministries in operation today because it would not be socially acceptable. Jesus’ actions were bold, but before He ever acted Jesus first prayed to the Father. Whatever the Father told Him to do, Jesus did. This always worked for Him 100% of the time. Jesus has demonstrated what we are to do, and He expects us to do the work of the Father.
 
Today we want to see 100% accuracy in our ministries and churches. The world needs to see the evidence that Jesus is not dead but alive and is working throughout the body of believers. We are all members of the body of Christ. Each of us has a function and a purpose. Each of us has a gifting, whether we are aware of it or not. The spiritual gift of the Holy Spirit is there even though we are not sure we have a gift. These gifts can lay dormant for a long time. One of the ways your spiritual gift may be activated is through prophecy and the laying on of hands.
 

“Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership” (1 Timothy 4:14).

 
We need to be aware of how Jesus moved and walked. The things Jesus did were done according to the will of the Father. He said, “I do nothing on my own authority. I only speak what I hear the Father say.” That is the Christian way. That is His example for us to follow. Many times Jesus would pray to find out what the Father had to say. When Jesus prayed, there were angels ascending and descending upon Him giving Him instructions from heaven above. Jesus taught us to pray; “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven” means we need to find out first from heaven what needs to be done on earth (Matthew 6:10). When your angel brings you the Word of the Lord and you begin to walk in it, nothing can stop you, for the “Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one” (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
 
When Jesus was born in a manger, there was a rising up of an army who came looking for Him. Every child two years old or under was to be slaughtered because King Herod heard that a King was born and Herod feared the loss of his position as a king.
 
An angel appeared before Joseph and Mary and warned them to leave the town. King Herod sought the life of their newborn son, Jesus. They left the city and stayed away for a number of years until an angel appeared before them again and told them it was safe to return, for King Herod was dead. This was just the beginning of many encounters with the angelic host in the ministry of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
 
When Jesus stood before those who were to judge him, Pontius Pilate said to him, “’Do you not know that I hold your life in my hands? I can give your life or I can take it away?”, Jesus replied, “Do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels?”. 12,000 angels were at His disposal to defend Him (Matthew 26:53). Upon His word, these angels could have destroyed everything.
 
When Jesus walked into a city, people came from everywhere to seek him. Jesus did not have to advertise His presence. The people just showed up wherever He was because the angels of the Lord would go out and gather up the people.
 

“But to which of the angels has He ever said, ‘Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool?’ Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister FOR those who will inherit salvation?” (Hebrews 1:13-14).

 
Jesus’s angelic encounters are important to us because they are examples of how our lives should emulate the likeness of our Lord. We are not to worship or pray to angels; however, we are to ask for spiritual gifts and His ministering spirits to be sent by God to minister for us.
 

“Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?” (Hebrews 12:9b).
