We had been contacted by Ray Hambro one Saturday morning while we were broadcasting our live radio program from Dallas, Texas. We could not resist The Hambro’s offer to hold services at their place they sounded like solid Christian’s and we were ready to get out of the Metroplex. So in August of 1992 we found ourselves ministering in Jacksboro, Texas at the Hambro’s Ranchette.

They had set up an open air meeting, also referred to as a brush harbor meeting for us to minister under the open heavens. When we arrived they had a large brick outdoor pit cooking the meal for the evening. Over the hill everything was set up for the services with lights hanging in the trees. An awning made from old cedar post that had been erected and covered with branches from the area that had just been cleared. In the open area where unmatched chairs and few buckets and boards scatter about for the congregation to sit on.

After services, we all gathered in a big circle and began to pray under the stars. Everyone began praying at the same time some in tongues others in their natural language. In just a few minutes, the Lord spoke to me as clear as I had ever heard Him. He said, “Tell your wife she will be with child before the year is out.” I thought to myself maybe we’re not ready for a little one. Then He spoke again, “Tell your wife she will be with child before the year is out.” I had no choice so I turned to my wife and told her out loud for all to hear what God had said. She looked at me a little startled as did everyone else.

The rest of the year went by in a flash. It seemed we were everywhere ministering and then the year was over. New Year’s day, I recalled the word the Lord gave me that past August and thought, ole well I guess I missed that one.

Then one day, in February, my wife broke the news that she was pregnant. Needless to say I was in shocked. When the time came I raced to the hospital only to wait 36 hours before I could see my new baby Girl, Savannah. After seeing Savannah and visiting with her Mother everyone fell asleep so I decided I better eat something since I had not eaten in couple of days. Times were very lean and I had no money but I remember there was a Denny’s restaurant just across the highway from the hospital. I had seen a TV commercial where they offered a free meal on your birthday. So I placed my order after presenting my driver’s license to verify my birthday and that is when it hit me. Savannah was born on my birthday. Excited and wanting to tell someone, I told the waitress and to my surprise she told me she was born on her Dad’s birthday. I knew then that God must have great plans for Savannah and I still do to this day.

After the services were over a group of women served sandwiches, chips and drinks, when I sat down to eat the three men rushed over and sat down right across from me and wanted to know everything about the Holy Spirit. That night was my first Prophetic Evangelistic experience as recorded in First Corinthians 14:24,25 “But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an uninformed person comes in, he is convinced by all, he is convicted by all. And thus the secrets of his heart are revealed; and so, falling down on his face, he will worship God and report that God is truly among you.”

As a final note I would like to dedicate this testimony to Ray Hambro of Jacksboro, Texas who went to be with our Lord Jesus just a few weeks ago. Ray touched thousands of lives for the glory of God; he will be missed.

In 1991 our ministry took a group of people in our 15 passenger van to Nacogdoches, Texas to minister in the towns Senior Citizens Hall. After praise and worship was over I brought the usual 45 minute message then the fun part began. We passed around the congregation a large basket that was full of blank audio cassette tapes for each person to take one. Those of us who came to minister formed a line across the stage with each one of us holding a tape recorder. As the people came up with their tape in hand they would stand before each one of the ministers handing over their tape to receive a word. Everyone who came received at least 4 or more prophesies. However, I noticed there were three men on the front row who obviously did not want to be there and had refused to take a tape. With their arms crossed they sneered at us as we ministered, obviously not in agreement with what we were doing.

The last person in the line was a little old woman who had waited until the end of the service to come up for a word. As I ministered to her the Holy Spirit said, “Ask her about James, James Kay and tell her he is with me.” So I asked the little Women, “Who is James?” She said gruffly, “He’s my husband!” Again I asked looking for confirmation, “Who is James Kay?” Staring at me like I should know she replied, “Well, he is my husband!” Now I had all the information I needed to know I was hearing God clearly; boldly I said, “God wants you to know James Kay is with Him!” The Women broke out in tears; obviously James was not a very strong Christian but now she knew James would be waiting for her in heaven. Even the three angry men sitting on the front row knew James Kay and also believed there was no way I could have known James Kay except by hearing God.

By the gift of the Holy Spirit through the Word of Knowledge I was given the words needed to bless the little old Women and make believers out of three rough looking oil field workers.

Dear Kent,

That Word Sums up our experience almost totally and I find the same attitude or should I say Control as that is what it is .There was a time that I almost blamed myself that I could not fit, but now realize that there are people out there even trying to teach prophecy schools without the gift or knowledge. What I do wonder is that with the current economic slide that God will lead us into a new type of church and Words spoken over Lyn and I would suggest this in that there will be a new type of meeting place.

Finding God’s will for everything in your life is possible.

Early in my life I learned a valuable lesson from my Aunt and Uncle who taught me many things about serving God and His people. I consider them to be fabulous mentors not just to me but hundreds of other Christians as well. The lessons of living the Christian life they have taught are still be shared by many like me who have found true value in their teachings.

One of the many words of wisdom they shared with me is how to find God’s will when it came to making a major decision in your life. My Uncle spent many years teaching from the Holy Bible verse by verse he would take the class through the entire Bible. This would take more than a year just to complete the Old Testament. There were many of his teaching that taught me how to hear the voice of our Father; however, when I was not hearing clearly they taught me another way to find God’s will.

From the book of Judges we find where Gideon was faced with a major decision and really needed to know what to do. So he took a fleece of wool and placed it on the threshing floor and prayed to God that if the fleece was damp in the morning but everything else around it was dry then he would know that God would spare Israel. Then Gideon asked God not to be angry with him and asked that he confirm this answer by causing the fleece to be dry the next morning but everything else damp. God confirmed His answer with another sign by keeping the fleece dry and everything else was covered with dew.

This Bible lesson that my Uncle taught help many of us throughout the years by using similar methods of knowing God’s will. You too can find God’s will by placing your “fleece” before God to find His will before making major decisions in your life. (Study reference found in the Book of Judges Chapter 6:36-40)

Dear Brother Kent,

Well I have been looking into this for a couple years now. You’ve said it many times on your teachings and that is once we receive a prophecy something sparks and starts a process well the very first prophecy CD you sent me sparked my life and opened me up to a whole new world I never knew. That phrase Jesus spoke “My people perish for a lack of knowledge” really hits home in that people just really don’t know what is happening and what is going to happen and will perish because of ignorance. I have a youtube channel that I had subscribed to you on a little while ago, hoping to generate some traffic for you. Username is rdeca00 and I figured I might as well spread the word somehow that some bad things are going to happen. Not sure if it was me being unsure whether things would completely break down or whether I didn’t want to think they would but it just seems to be way too obvious. I try to tell family and friends about what’s going to happen but like you said they just don’t want to know but I at least feel like I’ve done something to get the word out.

Current world events always trace back to the devil and it’s just too obvious he’s running the show in governments all over the world. I really hope many will turn to God when their lives fall apart and that seems to be what God is waiting for until He unleashes His people. We’re just going to have to throw those fish nets out when people start washing away and catch as many as we can. I don’t have a wife or children but I have some family members that are going to need some help along the way. I’ll do my best to be there for them. You had said in your DVD that you have lots of family partners moving near you in Texas, must be in preparation for these dark times ahead. Everyone is definitely going to need to establish a small community to stay safe and healthy.

You’re 100% on remaining positive, so much of this information does make people feel helpless and I can imagine some people would lose their minds if they don’t understand the implications of it all and Gods creation are worth fighting for because His creation is what’s most precious to Him and what’s most precious to Him should be precious to us all and I’m glad I’ve come to realize that over the years and glad God allowed you to spark that in my life.

In the summer of 1989 I was traveling with a seasoned Apostle and Prophet going from one Church to another. Being that I was the newest of the group I was allowed to hold an early morning Bible study, which was not always well attended. We had been on the road for a few days when we meet up with Dr. Bill Hammond’s group of ministers. It was decided we would hold a joint service in Midland, Texas, the homestead of President George W. Bush. The service was well attended and Prophet Gary Brooks was ministering that night. When the teaching portion of the service was over Prophet Brooks made an announcement that whoever wanted to receive a Word from God should come forward. Well, there were over 400 people, not counting children; we knew this was going to be an all night service.

Prophet Brooks began to prophesy over each person so I retreated to the back of the Sanctuary. As I leaned against the door frame of the main entry a Man with his son of about 9 years in age stood next to me. Then the little boy said, “Daddy can I get a Word from God?” It was rather sad because the Dad knew that they would have to wait for hours.

All of sudden the Holy Spirit came over me and said, “Are you going to allow Me to use you as a vessel to speak through?” I knew I had to offer, so I said if you want to use me have the little boy look at me. No more than I had that thought they both turned and stared at me. So I asked, “Does your boy want a Word from God?”

Well, the man knew that I was traveling with the group so he took me up on the offer. We found a room that was not occupied and I began to pray and whatever I heard from the Holy Spirit I spoke over the young boy. When I finished the boy took off in search for a pen and paper to record the word.

The Dad had walked over to a large set of double doors and as he opened them you could see the Alter and all of the people. Then to my surprise he started telling the over flow of people, “Come in here this man can give you a Word from God.” With my eyes bulging in fear a flood of people started toward me quickly forming a line. I had no idea that this man was the Associate Pastor. God had thrown me into the river knowing I would have to quickly learn to swim and I have not stopped since that day.

For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

You truly hear from God, Prophet Kent!

You prophesied to me that God would send me a husband. It was because I prayed for God’s perfect will, not mine. Well, it all happened so fast. The only problem was that I had been dating someone else for 2 yrs here! The new man is from CA. So there are 2 men just like you said that are very interested. I am going back and forth not sure what to do. I need to hear God clearly for myself. I really want what God has for me, but I got very confused as to who it is because they both believe it is them. What do I do in this situation??? I am waiting for direction, but I feel like I’m not hearing God.

Next Move of the Holy Spirit

This is a Great Time to Be Alive! Many of you have been praying for your healing but have not seen results. Do not give up just yet, for everything is beginning to change. We have come through a long dry spell, and we now are beginning to see the breakthrough we have all sought.

Many in the ministry feel they have been put on a shelf, waiting for God to release His healing power. It is very exciting to see God gracing His church with miraculous healings of all kinds. Just two months ago I took my wife to River of Life Christian Center in Rusk, Texas because their email flyer indicated that they were coming against arthritis. Debbie had been battling for many years with this crippling disease. To our surprise, Debbie was not only miraculously healed of rheumatoid arthritis but also fibromyalgia and two other afflictions that caused her great discomfort. These are four major diseases God totally destroyed, and we only came seeking deliverance from one.

Now, I have prayed many times for my wife’s healing. Many ministers and preachers have been praying over Debbie for years too, so why all of a sudden she is healed of all these painful infirmities? The glorious answer is the HOLY SPIRIT IS NOW MOVING, and it is time to jump in and receive your miracle healing. History has proven that with every tragedy our Nation has encountered our Heavenly Father has always been faithful to meet it with signs and wonders. He truly is the great I AM and He is waiting for you to say you are ready to receive His healing touch in exchange for your sickness.

Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

Part 1 – Ministry of Jesus

We need to be aware of how Jesus moved and walked with the Father. The things Jesus did were done according to the will of the Father. He said, “I do nothing of my own authority. I speak only what I hear the Father say.” That is the Christian way. That is the example for us. Many times Jesus would pray to find out what the Father had to say. And when Jesus prayed there were angels ascending and descending upon him giving him instructions from heaven above: “Thy will be on earth as it is in heaven.” That means we need to find out first from heaven what needs to be done. And when we find out what it is that we are to do, nothing can stop us. Nothing!

On December 17, Kent Simpson sent me a prophecy telling me that I needed to see some people, as they would not be here very long. So early January, I went to see an Aunt about 150 miles North of me and then to see my cousin, about 250 miles from me. In February about six weeks later my Aunt died from a heart attack. Then March 17th my favorite cousin died. Both were wonderful Christians. My cousin was a lay minister. (Kent said that one was very close to me). Yes, we were very close to each other. Kent knew nothing about these people and didn’t know them, but he was 100% right.

Dear Partner,

Many of you know that my wife, Debbie was miraculously healed of fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Last June we

received an email from River of Life Christian Center in Rusk, Texas they would be holding a healing service. This email was found in our inbox on a Saturday, the service was for the Sunday, the next day. We were 214 miles North of Rusk, Texas and needed to make arrangements asap. So I quickly made reservations for a motel room and off we went.

The praise team led us into the worship of our Lord and the Holy Spirit began to move. As the praise continued the Pastors wife, Lesa Corbell came over to Debbie and began to pray for her. As Lesa prayed Debbie fell out under the power of the Holy Spirit.

Now Debbie still did not know she was healed and had no relief of the pain she has lived with for years. The next day, we started for home when Debbie noticed her pain was leaving her. By Tuesday she had no pain and was doing things around the house that she had not been able to do for years. Wednesday we visited our Doctor and he noticed that she had no pain. He asked what had happened? I explained the healing service we had participated in the previous Sunday. Suddenly the Doctor stood up raised his arms and said, “Praise God Debbie you are healed!”

Since this wonderful event we have had Pastor Robert and Lesa Corbell and their Praise Team come to Gainesville, Texas to hold healing services. We reserved the nostalgic downtown State Theater for two nights in September on the 16 & 17, 2011.

All the services were free of any attendance fee.

Soon we will begin to witness the “rock-en” awesome move of the Holy Spirit. We all have been waiting a long time for God to reveal Himself through signs and wonders. It appears that finally the “stiff necked” are repenting and asking God for His help. Now we can begin reaching out to the lost and hurting knowing that Jesus will be their healing their broken souls and mending bodies and manifesting miracles for all to see.

A little over 2 years ago our Father told me that everything would explode when I turn 60. I knew that He was referring to the ministry. It has been a long 2+ years; however, now the time is upon us. Being the time is short we rented the old movie theater in the historic district of downtown Gainesville, Texas. We will be holding our first of many miracle services starting in September. More details will be coming beginning next week.

It was 22 years ago that I stepped out on God’s word and started this ministry. In all these years of ministry NOW is going to be the most exciting. You see I will be 60 years old this coming September; my later years will be greater than my former.

PS. Although the CD was delayed it came on time as God really prepared me for the prophecy by making me read a book about personal prophecy which I had just finished! One thing I have learned is that God’s Delays are not Denials but His perfect timing!
